A New Label with a new direction was the answer and Sub Urban Records was that label.
It's first 10 licensed releases for the most part Created , Produced , and or mixed by Tommy and Victor , went on to Launch careers of many Producers and Artists , and stayed active untill the late nineties.
In 2007 R and E headed by Andy Bailey and Ellis Rich and Defected Records headed by Andy Bailey and Simon Dunmore , unlawfully claimed to have obtained portion of Sub Urban Records catalog.
They could not acquire such , as the rights they claimed to have obtained from Northcott , could not be granted from Northcott , as Northcott , long ago , lost their rights to any and all that you will find here.
Tracks you will find here , have nothing to do with R and E , Defected , or any of their psudonyms , subsidiaries or the like , nor have anything to do with Northcott and/or it's psudonyms and/or subsidiaries.
These above mentioned companies do not practice proper business.
If these tracks are found to be presented anywhere , in any format by R and E , Defected , and/or Northcott , their psudonyms and/or subsidiaries , know that they are doing so ILLEGALLY , and boycott the sale of them.
