| Disconet was the first 'DJ Only' subscription service. Most issues would showcase a popular DJ's mixing credentials, and in many cases introduce new product not yet released commercially - sometimes never. Disconet would also become legendary for there enhanced 'REMIX' of a current track tailor-made for peak hour on the dancefloor. And was only serviced to 'topnotch' working DJ's. It's unique format also enabled him to 'relieve himself' or 'shhhh - take a break'. It would as well, set a precedent for other companies like Hot Tracks and Razormaid to follow. |
